Trade visitor admission is complimentary for qualified architects, contractors, civil engineers, developers, importers, and procurement professionals who pre-register online.
How do international delegates obtain visa assistance?
Visitors must check their country-specific visa requirements via the official Uganda e-Visa portal (visas.immigration.go.ug). Registered trade delegates can request an invitation letter from the organisers to support their visa application.
What are the exhibition operating timings?
The exhibition runs daily across the three event dates, 4–6 August 2027. Specific daily visitor entrance times and badge pickup schedules will be emailed directly to registered attendees.
How do I reach the UMA Show Grounds from the airport?
International visitors arrive at Entebbe International Airport (EBB). The UMA Show Grounds are in Lugogo, Kampala, and can be reached by taxi, ride-hailing services or hotel shuttles, including via the Kampala–Entebbe Expressway.
